DELIVERY

Delivery and delivery times are calculated at checkout for all items.

Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier. Our warehouse operates and dispatches orders Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays), we endeavour to process every order as soon as possible.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item. We do not ship to a PO Box address. 

Though already quick, If you would like a faster courier service please contact our customer service team who will see if this is possible. 

Duty and Taxes
Items for shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any delays that may occur at the recipient end due to the rules of customs in each country.
